On January 22, 2026 GADA hosted a special webinar titled ‘Healthy Living and Aortopathy: Incorporating Exercise with an Aortic Disorder’ led by Dr. Nathaniel Moulson.

With the arrival of the New Year, conversations around well-being and self-care often take centre stage. For individuals living with genetic aortic disorders, self-care is not about resolutions or quick fixes—it is an important part of supporting long-term cardiovascular health. Whether you're a patient, caregiver, or healthcare provider, this webinar will help you better understand exercising when living with an aortic disorder.

Webinar viewers learned about the contemporary evidence and recommendations for exercise and aortic disorders, while also gaining an understanding of the clinical guideline recommendations, gaps in evidence, and emerging data and considerations.
